The Livonia PTSA Council is pleased to once again offer the Summer Early Literacy Volunteers (ELVs) and Art of Problem Solving (APS) program.

This program is offered to LPS students currently in grades K-4 who want to practice their literacy and / or math skills over the summer. Students will work with a high school volunteer from June 26 – August 18 at the Livonia Civic Center in a weekly, 30-minute session. There is no cost to participate in the program.

To better serve our families, we combined the literacy and math program. Also new this year, is that we have changed how we will be scheduling this year, to make it easier for our students and volunteers. Participants will be notified of a sign-up in two weeks’ blocks. They can pick the day / time available that works for them each week. Days / times will change with the availability of our volunteers. All time slots will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
For more information and to sign up for the program, please visit: https://tinyurl.com/LPSELVS2023participant. Forms must be submitted by Friday, June 2. Please complete one form per student.

We are also looking for high school students to volunteer (get those service hours!)! For more details and to sign up, please visit: https://tinyurl.com/LPSELVS2023volunteer
